Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $20 plus tax resort charge* will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). The minimum age required to check-in is 21 years old. Daily resort charge* will be added to the rooms rate and includes: Guest internet access; Self-parking; Mini-golf; Discount on skiing and boating; Sauna access; Book exchange.
- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A $100 credit card security deposit will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). The minimum age required to check-in is 18 years old. Resort charge* will be waived when staying on your owner week or member point reservations. A resort charge of $20 plus tax per night will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation.

- The Front Desk and check-in area is located about 1.7 miles off-site at 3077 U.S. Highway 64 East, Suite A, Sapphire, North Carolina. The office is in a two-story, dark salmon building with beige doors on the north side of the road.
- Hours of operations are daily from 7 am – 10pm. After-hours check in is available at the Blue Ridge Public Safety Office at 4352 U.S. Highway 64 East, Sapphire, North Carolina. For after-hours assistance you may contact Public Safety 24 hours/day at 1.828.743.2199.
- Housekeeping services only for 8-night stays or longer.
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- All activities and amenities are located off-site from the accommodations.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
