Located in the delightful hilltop medieval town of Soriano nel Cimino, Palazzo at Soriano is a stunning conversion of 17th century cattle sheds, which were once part of the mansion estate of an Italian nobleman. Built into the hillside opposite of Palazzo Catalani, this stunning resort boasts tiered gardens with breathtaking views of the Lazio region’s unspoiled countryside, and a unique spa built into a cavern.
