Maid service/housekeeping is not daily and will depend upon duration of stay and check in day. FOR MEMBERS: For standard 7 night Saturday check in two towel changes and one bed linen change will be included.

The studio suites sleep 4 people, but are only suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

Supermarkets in the local area, including the one at the resort, are closed on Sundays. Therefore if you are arriving late on a Saturday or Sunday we recommend you request a foodpack. Shopping, restaurants and nightlife are within 5km (3 miles) of the resort; 10-15 minute driving time should be allowed.

As of November 1, 2024, the restaurant at Los Amigos Beach Club, Las Casitas, will be closed until further notice.

AMENITIES ALERT: Effective November 1, 2024, the on-site restaurant and takeaway food services will be suspended until further notice. The front desk can provide a list of alternative options for nearby restaurants and delivery services.

There is ongoing interior refurbishment taking place within the resort and accommodation. Also we would advise that construction and renovation of apartments in the surrounding area (unconnected to the resort) may be underway.

Please be aware there are limited number of ground floor 1 bed apartments - we would recommend that you make a request if this is important to you. All 1 bed Elite accommodation and Studio Suites are located on the first floor accessible by elevator. There are no 2 bed apartments on one level - all units are townhouse/duplex with bedrooms upstairs.
