Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $300 security deposit and a Daily Resort Charge of $30 plus tax will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

- A Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: internet access; mini-golf; sports equipment (tennis/basketball); shuttle service to Disney, Universal and Seaworld; board games and DVD rentals; select daily activities; peddle boats; self-parking for one car; barbecue equipment; Pressreader.

- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card will also be required as a security deposit (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). The Daily Resort Charge will be waived when staying on your owner week or member point reservations.

- A Daily Resort Charge of $30 plus tax will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation.

1. Smoking Policy: All guest suites and balconies are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
2. Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
3. Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
4. Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
5. A guest may ship packages for arrival 3-5 days prior to check-in. The packages must specifically include the name of the registered guest and the check-in date.
   
   - The 1st package 5 lbs. and under will be free of charge any additional packages under 5 lbs. will be $5 per package
   - Packages from 6 to 20 lbs. will be charged $10 per package.
   - Packages from 21 to 100 lbs. will be charged $30 per package.
   - Anything above 100 lbs. will be charged $.50 per pound.
   - Any pallets will be charged $400 per pallet.
