Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a $15 plus tax Daily Resort Charge fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Basic guest internet; self-parking for one car; sports equipment rentals: volleyball, basketball, soccer, horseshoes, pool table; PressReader access; barbecue gazebo and equipment.
- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than 11pm (resort local time); arrivals after that time may be subject to cancellation.

Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking:

A credit card will also be required as a security deposit (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). A resort fee of $15 plus tax per night will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation

- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Cellular service reception may not be guaranteed at the resort. Please contact your carrier to inquire in regards to your cellular service reception.
- Resort does not offer elevators. Limited entry-level accommodations. Please contact the resort in advance for special requests.
- Enforced maximum occupancy limit (1 bedroom sleep 4, 2 bedroom lockoff sleep 8 and 2 bedroom cabin sleep 6 max including children).
- Front desk reception hours 7:30 am - 11:00 pm. Please contact the resort prior to arrival for late arrival instructions.
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- All ADA accommodations must be reserved at time of booking.
- Upon arrival each accommodation is stocked with a first-day starter pack of coffee, creamer, laundry detergent, etc. Additional items may be purchased at the front desk.
- All suites and cabins are self-service to include a fully-equipped kitchen and an in-room washer/dryer. Daily housekeeping service is NOT included. Should you desire housekeeping services, they are available for a nominal fee and may be arranged with front desk upon your arrival.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals. Certified Emotional Support and Therapy animals are not permitted.
- Owner of reservations must make arrangements for additional or alternative guest with resort prior to arrival.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years of age.
