CONSTRUCTION ALERT
As part of our efforts to restore Daytona Beach Regency after hurricane damage, on-site exterior construction, painting and roof work are anticipated starting July 15, 2025, and continuing through October 2026. During this time, increased noise levels associated with construction may occur but will be limited to 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Arrival/No-Show Policy
All late arrivals must contact the resort front desk if anticipated arrival time will be later than midnight to avoid cancellation. Arrivals after midnight (resort local time) on the designated check-in date will be considered a no-show and subject to cancellation without advance notice.
CONSTRUCTION ALERT
As part of our efforts to restore and enhance the property, a variety of construction and renovation projects will be taking place. Exterior renovations are currently underway and are expected to continue through January 2027. Interior renovations are anticipated from May 2026 through January 2027.
