Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $24.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes game room, BBQ grill(s), business center, fitness center, hot tub access, in-room laundry, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking and Wi-Fi.
- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking:

All Guests:

- Guests are allowed two vehicles per reservation. Parking options include a maximum of one on-site parking plus one off-site parking space or both vehicles off-site. On-site parking spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first served basis.

- Off-site parking is located at our parking structure across the street and adjacent to the shopping center on Paradise Road. Please display the parking permit on the dash of your vehicle while parked in our structure. Vehicles not displaying a current permit and/ or parked in a No Parking zone will be subject to towing. RVs, boats and trailers are not permitted.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years of age.
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
- Front desk hours of operation are: 7am to 9pm Mon & Tues and 7am to 10pm Wed – Sunday.
- Only one covered space is assigned per accommodation. Additional uncovered guest parking is available on-site.
