CONSTRUCTION ALERT

As part of our efforts to improve and maintain the resort, the following refurbishment projects are taking place on the property:

- Three apartments in the Royal Garden building near stairway 5 are undergoing refurbishments through 12 April 2024. Noises associated with construction may be heard in the reception area, indoor pool and stairways 3, 4 and 5.
- Nine apartments in the Royal Garden building will undergo refurbishments, including kitchens and bathrooms, beginning 30 September 2024 through 31 January 2025.

During this time, construction equipment may be visible and increased noise levels associated with construction may occur but will be limited to Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thank you for your understanding.

Important Travel Alert: ETIAS Travel Authorization

In mid-2025, travelers to Europe will be required to apply for and obtain travel authorization through the EU Travel Information & Authorization System (ETIAS). Although an official launch date has yet to be announced, please visit the official ETIAS webpage for more details, including a list of participating countries.

Swimming Pool Maintenance Schedule
All pools undergo annual maintenance and cleaning. The outdoor pools will be closed in rotation in January; the indoor pool will be closed in rotation in August. Maintenance turnaround will take approximately two weeks per pool. The Royal Mirage will be closed for swimming from October to the end of March, unless the main pool is closed for maintenance. The area will be open for sunbathing but not for swimming.

Please note that it is compulsory by Spanish law to use swimming caps in the indoor pool and whirlpool.

Kindly note that smoking is only permitted in specifically designated areas.
