You Need To Know
- At Check-In: A $50.00 credit card authorization is required at check-in for all Owners and Guests, or $150.00 in cash. An Accommodations/Lodging tax, required by state and local regulations, will be collected upon arrival. The nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season.
- Prior to Check-in: The check-in office is located in the lobby of Building 2 (numbered 109). 1 May through 30 September 30, office hours are 8am-8pm. From 1 October to 30 April, office hours are 8am-7pm. If you're checking-in after hours, proceed through the first set of glass doors of Building 2 (numbered 109). Instructions will be posted near the lock box in the foyer.
