No animals, except certified medical assistance, signal and service animal may be brought onto the resort without proper certification that falls under British Columbia’s Guide Dog and Service Dog Act. If your dog is an ‘emotional support dog' or 'therapy dog’ this does not fall under the BC’s Guide Dog and Service Dog Act. This means you may be refused at check-in. To avoid any offense or stress make sure prior to arrival that all documentation is in accordance with the BC’s Guide Dog and Service Dog Act as certification will be asked upon check-in.
